If you plan to swim, bathe for long periods, or do heavy water work, we recommend using nail glue instead of adhesive tabs for a stronger hold, and avoid prolonged soaking to maximise each wear (glue can still be removed safely when you follow the removal steps) 🏊♀️

- Measure each nail: Place a strip of clear tape across the widest part of your natural nail (sidewall to sidewall). Mark the edges with a pen, peel off, and measure the distance in millimeters with a ruler. Repeat for all 10 nails.
- Match to our chart: Compare your mm measurements to the size chart shown in the product images to select your best set or individual tip sizes.
- If you’re between sizes: Choose the smaller size and gently file the sides for a custom fit. A tip that’s too large can overlap skin and lift; slightly smaller can be refined for a seamless look.
